Insignis Recruitment evening at TKS
On Wednesday, 21st January 2026, The Kingsbrook School was abuzz with conversation and enthusiasm as we welcomed members of the local community to our 2026 Recruitment Event.
We opened our doors to the public with a clear mission: to showcase the diverse range of career opportunities available across our schools. From experienced educators and those looking to begin their teacher training (SCITT), to individuals interested in vital support and operational roles, the turnout was fantastic.
It was a highly positive evening, offering a unique opportunity for our team to meet face-to-face with potential candidates. Visitors were able to speak directly with staff members from various departments, gaining insight into the culture of our Trust and the day-to-day reality of working within our school communities.
A key focus of the evening was highlighting that a school is more than just its teachers. We were delighted to speak with many attendees interested in the crucial roles that keep our institutions running smoothly—including administration, finance, site management, and pastoral support.
For those interested in the teaching pathway, our School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) program drew significant interest, with many budding educators eager to learn how they can train and qualify right here in Buckinghamshire.
