Hannah Burnett
As the Trust Lead for Teacher Development, I am deeply committed to supporting trainee teachers who are eager to learn and develop. I offer actionable advice, real-world experience, and practical anecdotes to help you navigate any classroom scenario. If we encounter a situation where I don't have the immediate answer, my extensive professional network ensures we will quickly find someone who does.
My ultimate goal is to see you grow and flourish into a confident early career teacher by the end of the year. I believe in proactive problem-solving and encourage my trainees to bring challenges to my attention early on so we can tackle them together before they escalate. I am highly accessible via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings, and while I may not always be able to reply instantly, I pride myself on timely, reliable, and supportive communication.
