Insignis Recruitment Fair
The Insignis Recruitment Fair, held on Thursday 30th January 2025 at The Kingsbrook School, was a resounding success. The event saw a hall full of enthusiastic attendees keen to explore career opportunities within the Trust’s six schools and its partner organisations.
Representatives from Ashmead Combined School, Princes Risborough School, Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School, Sir William Ramsay School, The Kingsbrook School, and The Mandeville School were on hand to provide insights into various roles available, ranging from teaching positions to support staff roles.
One of the key highlights of the evening was the attendance of Garret Fay, CEO of Insignis Academy Trust, who welcomed the attendees and shared insights into the Trust’s mission and the rewarding career pathways available in education. Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy refreshments while networking with staff and learning about the steps to becoming a teacher.
The overwhelming turnout and level of interest reaffirmed the growing appeal of careers in education and the Trust’s commitment to recruiting talented individuals passionate about making a difference in schools.
