With over 600 staff members in attendance, the conference offered a range of workshops focused on essential skills, personal growth, and wellbeing. From managing challenges and enhancing communication to fostering a more inclusive work environment, the day was designed to empower every attendee.

Workshops covered a wide array of topics, including mindfulness, relaxation techniques, time management strategies, and approaches to meaningful conversations. In a particularly uplifting highlight, over 170 staff members joined together as a choir, uniting their voices and building a profound sense of community and joy.

Keynote speakers inspired and engaged participants with insightful sessions. Meera Bhogal led a session on “Understanding Menopause in the Workplace,” promoting a more inclusive and supportive work culture. Calvin Eden from Loud Speaker captivated the audience with his session on “Empowering Young Voices,” highlighting the importance of providing youth with a platform to make a difference.
